We only collect the information necessary to provide our IT services. This includes business names, key contact details, physical office addresses, network topology diagrams, and descriptions of your technology infrastructure submitted via our website form, email, or consultations.
To execute system administration, cloud management, or network configuration, we routinely require privileged access to your Microsoft 365/Azure tenants, Google Workspace, server environments, or local network hardware. Harbor Logic adheres to the principle of least privilege. We require all administrative credentials to be stored in an encrypted password manager over which your business retains ultimate ownership. We will actively assist in implementing secure credential management if your organization does not currently utilize one.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your business data. We only share data with trusted third-party services necessary to operate our business (such as secure email routing or payment processors), or when formally interacting with software/hardware vendors on your behalf as your acting IT liaison.
You have the right to request a complete audit of the credentials and topology documentation we hold regarding your business, or to request the revocation of our administrative access at the termination of our service agreement.
